WELCOME TO CABARITA SWIM CENTRE

Located inside Cabarita Park on the shores of the harbour, the Cabarita Swim Centre is a facility to be enjoyed by the whole family. Having recently undergone a major refurbishment by the City of Canada Bay Council, Cabarita Swim Centre will be reopening Monday 29th December, 2008. The recent refurbishment has included modernization of all buildings and seating, improved access and upgrading of the pool filtration systems. The new facility has been designed to offer uninterrupted views of the harbourside from both the pool and Cabarita Park making the Cabarita Swim Centre one of the most picturesque outdoor aquatic facilities Sydney has to offer.

50m Pool

The Cabarita Swim Centre is a river fed outdoor heated venue consisting of an 8 lane 50m pool measuring 1.3 metres at the shallowest point and 2 metres at its deepest. The 50m pool is suitable for Water Polo, Lap Swimming and recreational use. Lap swimming is available during most operating hours; please refer to the timetable for availability.

Program & Toddlers Pools

Our program pool is 20m x 20m ranging from 50cm to 1 metre in depth, suitable for most children and rehabilitation programs.  There is also a shade covered toddler’s pool surrounded by a park area providing plenty of room for our young visitors to play.

Open 1 September  - 30 April
Monday to Friday 6am - 6pm (7:30pm during daylight savings)

Saturday and Sunday 6am - 6pm (6:30pm during daylight savings)
Public Holidays 8am - 6pm
